Adult/Teen Beginning Tap Dance - Saturdays 11:00 - 12:00pm

Get your feet tapping and your body moving with our Adult/Teen Beginning Tap Dance class! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or brand new to the world of tap, this class is perfect for anyone aged 11 and up. With upbeat music and exciting choreography, you'll learn basic tap techniques and terminology while improving your musicality and coordination. Make sure to wear fitted, athletic apparel and bring a water bottle - tap can be a workout! We recommend tap shoes, but if you don't have any, you're welcome to come try a class in socks or barefoot. Sign up for a 10 punch card class for just $150 and attend any other punch card class over the year (age applicable). In-person classes are limited to 12 students max, so make sure to sign up early. If you prefer to take class online, we're happy to accommodate you - just ask!

This 45min class for Adults is perfect for all skill levels that meets for 4 week sessions. The Bar Method combines elements of ballet and pilates for a fun, full-body workout! High repetitions of low-impact movements are utilized to develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Exercises target the upper body, core, and lower body while using the ballet barre for support and high-energy music for motivation!
