Adult Bar Method (18 and up) Class Description:
This 4 week - 45min class for Adults is perfect for all skill levels. The Barre Method combines elements of ballet and pilates for a fun, full-body workout! High repetitions of low-impact movements are utilized to develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Exercises target the upper body, core, and lower body while using the ballet barre for support and high-energy music for motivation! To attend this class please purchase this 4 week class that runs from:
1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10 each Saturday from 1:45-2:30 pm for $72.
2/17, 2/24, 3/2, 3/9 Each Saturday from 1:45-2:30pm for $72
3/30, 4/6, 4/13, 4/20 Each Saturday from 1:45-2:30pm for $72
4. 4/27, 5/4, 5/11, 5/18. Each Saturday from 1:45-2:30pm for $72
Terms: No Sign up Genius required for sign up of The Bar Method 4 week session. Each class is limited to only 12 students each week to protect against overcrowding in the classroom.
